Upgrades

There is a mandatory upgrade of clients' software every year. On each anniversary of a client's installation, a new version of the software replaces the old. The advantages to this approach are that all clients are using the current release version of the packages, therefore training and software support are simplified, and enhancements or changes to packages can be made available to users in a timely manner. Clients can elect to have more frequent upgrades if they wish.
