Software Support: Intech offers a range of supporting services which can be tailored to meet clients' requirements. Application software support is available from Intech's offices in Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin, and also via a toll free help desk service to New Zealand clients. Support agents are available at other locations. Software support services also include assistance with the design of documents, reports, etc, the integration with other Intech and third party products, and the use of Intech utility software.
Remote Support: Clients are encouraged to provide dial-up access and to utilise email and fax facilities as appropriate. It is intended that increased use will be made of Intech's web site for dissemination of software and other relevant information.
Training: Training courses on the Intech packages are run periodically at each branch, or at customers' premises by arrangement. On-line help facilities are provided with each package together with other training and procedural documentation as required.
