For example, the apparel industry requires products to be identified by style/colour/size, whereas a conventional inventory system has a single level product identifier. The textile industry is different again because it requires software to handle bulk stock, piece lengths and cut lengths of fabric.

The construction industry requires tracking of jobs, contracts or tasks. All modules interface into the financial modules incorporating receivables, payables and general ledger.
