Accounts - our Financial Software

The ACCOUNTS suite of software is a complete financial reporting application designed to cater for the financial reporting and administration processes within any business.

Included within the suite of modules are General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Sales Analysis, Invoicing, Bank Reconciliation, Fixed Assets, EDI Import / export and Payroll. In addition other Intech applications also feed data into the financial modules.

All data is entered via a centralised Transaction Entry module that then feeds data onto one or more applicable subsystems. This has the benefit that data needs only to be entered once even though applicable subsystems are at different phases of monthly processing cycles. Two way electronic exchange of data is available between Intech applications and third party providers.
